NASH Renewables (a TotalEnergies company) develops a SaaS platform to optimize the design, operation, and profitability of renewable energy assets. I was part of the product team, focusing on improving user experience and transforming the existing UI kit into a solid, scalable design system.
I identified inconsistencies in existing UI patterns and low adoption of certain features, indicating a lack of clarity and coherence across modules. Working closely with product and design leads, I consolidated components, defined interaction patterns, and established design tokens to ensure consistency across the platform.
Together with the Customer Success team, I conducted qualitative user tests and follow-up interviews to validate usability improvements. The new design system significantly improved product consistency, simplified design handoff for developers, and enhanced the overall user experience — leading to a 15% uplift in feature adoption according to internal tracking.
What I did: product design, UX design, UI design, prototype, design system, user testing, user research, documentation
